- Zero Tolerance for Discrimination: We have a zero-tolerance policy for any form of discrimination or harassment on the basis of SOGIE. We will not tolerate discriminatory behavior from our staff, partners, or any third-party involved in your trip.
- Open Communication: We encourage open and honest communication. We want you to feel comfortable expressing yourself and discussing your travel needs.
Whistleblowing Procedures
The organization encourages staff and customers to report any suspected wrongdoing or unethical behavior, including discrimination against LGBTQ+ individuals. We have a zero-tolerance policy for retaliation against whistleblowers. Reports can be made anonymously through the contact page, please enter N/A in all required fields and provide as much information as you feel comfortable sharing in the “What else would you like us to know?” section of the form.
